RefTracker DeskStats Online
RefTracker DeskStats Online is a version of RefTracker that only contains the DeskStats electronic tick sheet functionality (and statistical reporting for DeskStats). You have your own RefTracker system so it is fully customizable to meet your needs, but, as a hosted and supported system, there is no need for your IT department to provide any sort of support.
No matter what the service you want to count (circulation, reference and document delivery functions for example), or how it is delivered (phone, letter, in person, or by electronic services like Email or Instant Messaging), DeskStats Online can record it. Individual users can have tally sheets tailored to the work that they do, so staff learn to use it in no time at all!
Live mode allows statistics to be recorded with as little as a single click. Batch mode allows multiple services to be entered efficiently, and stats from traditional paper tick sheets to be entered for inclusion in statistical analysis.
